Does membership cost me anything?

 

No, membership to our site is free.

 

 

Why do I have to give an email address to become a member?

 

When you give us your email address it gives us a non-intrusive method to communicate with you directly.  First of all we send you an activation email to activate your membership and forum account. We then keep you up to date with changes to the website, special events and offers, and news about Mud Puddle Films.

 

We value our members’ privacy as we would our own. Your email is strictly confidential and will absolutely not be given to anyone else.

 

 

Can I come off the mailing list?

 

Yes.  Just send an email to us via our contact page and we’ll take you off the list right away.

 

 

I signed up to be a member but  I didn’t receive my activation email. What’s wrong?

 

Your activation email should arrive within 15 minutes if you are connected to the Internet. Sometimes emails are blocked or deleted by ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ filters on email servers.  If you have problems, first try checking the ‘Spam’ filters on your computer and with your email provider.  If you still have problems then contact us via our contact page.

 

 

I signed in but I can’t get into the members area.

 

Once you sign in you must click on the Members Area button to enter the members area. This allows you to access all the ‘members only’ features.
